The Ever-Growing Tedburn Fair

On Saturday 14^th September, Gilbert Stephens Solicitors were thrilled to sponsor the Main Ring at the annual Tedburn St Mary Village Fair. The Main Ring was a real buzz of activity as it exhibited various falconry displays, vintage vehicles and fire brigade demonstrations! Having considerably grown in size throughout the years, Saturday’s event was a spectacular success with many volunteers joining forces to keep the Fair running as it has done for over a century.

All who attended were warmly welcomed by live music from the Crediton Silver Band, exciting entertainment and very fortunately, some glorious sunshine. It was a brilliant turn out with families and friends from across Devon attending to support the local community.

There was something for all the family to enjoy at the Tedburn Fair including a bouncy castle, sheep shearing, ferret racing, tractor rides, a climbing wall and archery… and this was just to name a few. Our Marketing Manager, Dana Mulligan, even tried her luck with some axe throwing! Terry Bastyan, Managing Partner at Gilbert Stephens, also thoroughly enjoyed visiting the Fair with his family and dog, Freddie.
