Kim is a Partner in the Employment Department and deals with all aspects of Employment Law, acting for both applicants and respondents in Employment Tribunals. In her article, Kim shares her experience of the cases referred to her from the Small Claims Pilot Mediation Scheme. The concept behind this scheme is to mediate cases that have been issued at court in the hope a resolution can be reached prior to a court hearing.
