In addition to our costs there will be a court fee payable to issue the claim at Court and, if necessary, to arrange the bailiff appointment.
Our fees in defended possession and rent recovery cases cannot be set and will be calculated by reference to our normal rates, which we will agree with you in advance. Rent recovery and possession can form part of a single Court claim in some cases.
