Philip qualified as a Solicitor in 1996 and specialises in conveyancing and property law, he heads up our conveyancing department in Exeter. He deals with residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, equity release mortgages and lease extensions.
He also deals with commercial conveyancing including the granting and renewal of leases for shops, restaurants and industrial units.
Before joining Gilbert Stephens, Philip was a Partner and Head of Conveyancing with a Legal 500 firm.
Away from work, Philip enjoys badminton, hiking and spending time with his family.
