Ava joined Gilbert Stephens in May 2022 alongside Chief Executive, Vicky Thompson.
Day to day, Ava is Vicky’s PA, assisting her with the smooth running of Gilbert Stephens by organising meetings/events, carrying out research, minuting meetings, and generally helping wherever she is needed in the firm.
Alongside Ava’s PA role, she also sits on reception. Having worked in Barristers Chambers for 3 years prior to coming to GS, client care has always been a number one priority in everything she does.
As well as Ava’s day to day tasks, she loves to keep learning and developing, and gets involved in all other aspects of the business such as marketing, recruitment, and plenty more! Ava is also one of our qualified mental health first aiders.
In Ava’s free time, she loves keeping fit in the gym and walking, as well as spending time with family and friends at weekends!
