Welcome to Emma Webb

We are delighted to welcome property solicitor Emma Webb to the Gilbert Stephens team. Based at our Sidmouth office, Emma brings with her a wealth of experience in residential and commercial property transactions.

Emma has previously held the post of partner and Head of the Conveyancing Department at a West Country law firm. She also has experience working for a specialist property law firm with an international focus.

Emma’s added employment law background ensures a good knowledge for all commercial property transactions and she is able to deal effectively with any instructions that involve a business element. We are excited to be able to offer her specialised skill set, which spans over 20 years, to our clients.

Understanding buying and selling property can be a stressful time for people therefore, Emma appreciates the importance of good communication to ensure she meets the expectations of her clients and supports them through the process.
