Gilbert Stephens Solicitors were happy to sponsor the recent Eggesford Point-to-Point at Upcott Cross , a cherished event that takes place in the heart of the West Devon countryside.

The day featured seven exhilarating races and the weather was most definitely on our side. With blue skies and an enthusiastic crowd, it made for a fun, vibrant day.

David Smith, Ava Hill and Hilda Marshall all attended the races with family members, immersing themselves in the wonderful atmosphere. It was a great day for our team, not only professionally as sponsors but also personally, as a few of us tried our luck and won some money. David, in particular, seemed to have discovered a secret talent, placing 4 well-judged bets throughout the day, making the excitement for the team even greater!

Thank you to the organisers who were extremely hospitable and provided us with refreshments and delicious homemade sandwiches and cakes throughout the day. We look forward to continuing our support for this and similar events in the future, reinforcing our commitment to the local community.
