Congratulations to Whitton & Laing on their 135th Anniversary

Gilbert Stephens Solicitors were thrilled to congratulate Whitton & Laing on their 135^th Anniversary soirée this summer. The independent estate agency established themselves in 1884 and have since grown to have offices in Exeter and Exmouth, in addition to a team of forty-five committed staff members.

The local estate agents and chartered surveyors hosted a fabulous evening of drinks, great food and networking at Exeter’s well-known Irish bar and restaurant, The Stand Off. The occasion provided the perfect opportunity to make new contacts as clients, partners, suppliers, and friends of the business attended to celebrate their success. The soirée also managed to raise £1500 for the Exeter Chiefs charity, The Exeter Foundation. The Exeter Foundation funds local projects, charities and organisations with the main objective to promote collective civic pride within the City.

Antonia D’Alessio, Legal Executive GCilex, Sarah Heath, Chartered Legal Executive and Cheryl Bolt, Solicitor, represented the firm at the event and enjoyed catching up with friends from the agency.
