CODS presents The Wedding Singer

This year we were delighted to sponsor the Crediton Operatic Dramatic Society (CODS) and their Easter Production: The Wedding Singer, which is currently being performed at Queen Elizabeth’s Lower School in Crediton.

CODS has been an integral part of Crediton since 1964, where young performers join more experienced actors and learn stage craft. This group work very hard to put on fantastic plays for everyone to enjoy!
The Wedding Singer is a musical, based on the 1998 film of the same name. The musical revolves around Robbie, who sings at weddings, his failed relationship with his former fiancée, and his romance with a new love, Julia.

Thank you very much to Rebecca Cox, Molly Cooper, Catherine Rosewell, Bev Coupe, Lesley Austen and Carol Pearn for attending the first night! After watching one of their fantastic previous productions, The Children Of Eden, everyone was keen to get back to watch another!
