Deborah is a private client executive with 19 years’ experience in private client work, having joined Gilbert Stephens LLP in 2013. She specialises in Will drafting, preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney (& registering Enduring Powers of Attorney) as well as Trust and Estate Administration (both testate & intestate). She is familiar with agricultural probate administration, and for clients who do not want our full estate administration service, Deborah assists with making applications for Grants of Probate.
As part of her private client work, Deborah also deals with elderly client matters and has experience assisting visually impaired clients.
In her spare time, Deborah is a keen skier, walker, and dragon boat paddler; racing for Exe-Calibre Dragon Boat Club at both interclub and national levels. In recent years, Deborah has successfully paddled internationally with Britannia Ladies (an over 50s dragon boat racing team). Her interest in history and anthropology led to Deborah gaining a MA in Life History Research in 2002.
